Monica Vollucci   (Owner / CEO)

A current resident of Yucaipa, Monica originally grew up in San Bernardino, then later relocated to Yucaipa where she worked as a Program Manager in education.  She moved briefly to the great state of Wyoming where she was the owner/operator of two Subway franchises.  Great customer service was a huge part of her success in Wyoming with the franchises.  

Monica is taking computer service to a new level of excellence.  In computer repair and maintenance there are two customers, the human and the computer.  Monica and her office manager, Susan, are here to service the human component and Josh and Tom are here to service the computer component.  At PC Care, WE THINK GEEK; WE SPEAK ENGLISH!

Monica, the single mother of one son, enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoys baking, boating and exploring new places.

Josh    (Technician)

Josh King has worked in the computer industry for over 15 years and LOVES HIS WORK!  In fact, if you were at his house on any given weekend you would probably find him helping out friends and family with his skills.  

Josh has a lot of expertise in the technical field having his A+ certification, N+ certification, is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.  

Josh is a great asset to PC Care with his friendly "can do" attitude and helpful approach to customers.  No question is too dumb for Josh and he has no problem talking with customers in "everyday" language.  At PC Care, we think Geek; but speak English!

Tom    (Microsoft Certified)

Graduating from UC San Diego in 1993 with a BS degree in Engineering Physics, I subsequently worked for the Business and Financial Services (BFS) division of UCSD as a network technician, rising to the title of Network Manager, responsible for the 60+ Windows 2003 servers and approximately 300 Windows XP workstations in BFS.

In 2006 I moved to the Coachella Valley to explore new opportunities in work and family life.  Since 2008 I have been operating as an IT Consultant.  I am currently certified as a MCP from Microsoft and as a CCNA from Cisco.

Susan Butz (Office Manager)

Susan Butz is PC Care's front office manager.  She has been working in the customer service field for over 25 years.  She has a kind personality and loves working with the public.  Stop by and visit Susan at our front desk!

Susan loves spending her free time with family and friends.  She is an avid fan of Lake Havasu and has been going there for over almost 30 years.  Other things Susan enjoys are cooking and trying out new recipes on her family!
