PC Care has some of the most competitive rates in the industry.

Single Rate Service:  Desktop or Server

It’s simply one rate for all your computer support needs.

(Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, etc.) – (Windows Server 2000, 2003, Vista, etc.)

• $85.00 per hour (at our store)
• $95.00 per hour (in the field)
• $125.00 per hour (network support) 1/2 hour minimum charge
• From 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

One hour minimum charge on all services.
Additional hours will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Local Pickup for Service

• FREE!- within 25 miles of our location

Phone Support / Remote Support

Basic support is FREE
From 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday
Simple question and answer (Free)

• $25.00 per half hour Advanced Support
  Detailed problem resolution over the phone
  
  Phone Support shall be paid by credit card at $25 per 15 minutes
  

• $125.00 per hour (remote network support) 1/2 hour minimum charge
